Shock as ‘Batman’ Brings in Suspect to Police – BBC
A man dressed as the caped crusader Batman handed over a wanted man at a Bradford police station in the UK before disappearing into the night, the BBC reported today.
The report quoted the police as saying that the ‘Batman’ marched the 27-year-old man into Trafalgar House Police Station in the early hours of 25 February.
The man was charged with handling stolen goods and fraud offences, according to the report.
“The person who brought the man in was dressed in a full Batman outfit. His identity remains unknown,” the Police were quoted as saying.
The suspect will now appear before Bradford magistrates on Friday, the police added.
It’s quite an interesting story, but don’t try it at home. Don’t go and put on Batman costume and attempt to single-handedly ‘arrest’ a suspected criminal. The outcome of such an adventure or misadventure may not be favourable to you.
